Our Verdict

Sora Condo sits on the edge of Jurong Lake Gardens. It offers scenic views, smart layouts, and a realistic price range. The project does face the challenge of being a distance from Lakeside MRT, but the developer has planned a shuttle bus. Jurong’s growth track includes the Jurong Region Line, new job opportunities, and ongoing mall expansions.

My personal experience at the show flat was positive. The amenities and finishing suggest long-term appeal for both investors and families. Jurong Lake District’s future enhancements will likely push Sora Condo’s demand upward. For buyers who want a lake-facing property with reliable developer backing, Sora Condo merits strong consideration.
